Danielle founded Total Workplace Solutions in January 2006. The concept was to make managing staff easier for small to medium sized businesses with a focus on the hospitality industry.  Danielle became the 4th Accredited HR Coach Member in Australia.  The company, then called Total HR Solutions first focused on providing HR software and HR Coaching and expanded to offer Workplace Health & Safety services in August 2007. This was a the request of her clients.  

Danielle first developed a passion for Human Resources after working her way up the corporate ladder. She began her career at Bank of America while attending California Polytechnic State University. After several years of working in the Credit Card Centre as the Collections Auditor, she was promoted to the Corporate Trainer.  In this role she welcomed all new employees by conducting all Inductions and developing & delivering all new hire training. After Bank of America she continued in a training role working with internationally acclaimed Trainer and Motivational Speaker, Tom Hopkins.  And while working for his organisation she was fortunate enough to meet and work with World Famous Zig Ziglar.  Their positive influences motivated Danielle to search for future opportunities. It didn't take long for one of her training clients to make her an offer she couldn't refuse. Danielle started work at the largely successful fortune 500 company, Paychex Inc.  It was here that Danielle started to learn how difficult employees, HR and payroll could be for a Small to Medium sized Business. She thrived on assisting these business owners by providing "Solutions" to make their life easier. Not much has changed. Now on the other side of the world Danielle still enjoys this part of her job. "It is a great feeling to help a client fulfill their legislative requirements and reduce the risk associated with having employees".  

Danielle has owned and operated two successful businesses in Queensland, Australia and has been awarded a Leadership Award as Young Business Women’s Encouragement Winner for 2008 International Women’s Day. 

Total Workplace Solutions currently has over 150 happy clients with the majority of them in the Hospitality Industry in QLD.  TWS is proud to announce that they have been granted National Distributorship for the Fish Training products throughout Australia and are Approved to Train Fish Training Programs to businesses in Queensland and within the Club Industry throughout Australia.  This is an honour and something that Danielle has been excited about and working on for over 12 months.
